“Yuma has been an excellent choice for InsulTech to expand it’s operations. Doing business in Yuma is very efficient and accommodating… coming from California, it is the way business is supposed to be! Yuma has an excellent labor pool that has made our expansion successful.”

TOM BERCAW, CEO AND OWNER INSULTECH

“Yuma has been a good place to live and a good place to work for about 45 years now. We found it to be a pretty fertile soil for business to grow in. The business has grown and my family has grown and it has been a good launching pad for both.”

Jon Jessen, Chairman Gowan Company

“Yuma is a good place for Associated Materials/Alside Windows to be located. The cost of manufacturing operations is less than that found in the States’ larger metropolitan areas, availability of a conscientious workforce is good, and the proximity to the Southern California markets and Mexico are beneficial to the company as well. Yuma is also a good place to live and raise a family. There are excellent schools, shopping, and year-round outdoor entertainment opportunities all within a short drive.”

MATT VERSLUIS, SR. HR MANAGER ASSOCIATED MATERIALS

“Yuma is at the forefront for pioneering solutions that will have global impact. We are proud to be part of this wonderful community.”

OLE KRISTIAN SIVERTSEN, PRESIDENT AND CEO DESERT CONTROL

"Yuma offers a unique advantage due to its strategic location. The proximity to the Mexican border, Phoenix and Southern California, means that businesses in Yuma can access a large customer base and a range of resources and suppliers to help them grow and thrive. With affordable cost of living, capable workforce, well maintained infrastructure and its business-friendly environment, I have no doubt that other companies will find success in this vibrant community"
